
Payment Methods
We have 4 different payment methods available: Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Western Union and Check.
Credit Card
Payment by credit card is the most convenient way both for customers and Ausight. We can accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card statement will show the supplier as Ausight.




No matter which country you come from, online payment by credit card allows you to get Ausight Importers Directory immediately. Once you have entered credit card details and our payment gateway has successfully authorised it, you will be directed to the "Your Order has been Processed" page where you can download directories you just ordered.
Clicking the Download Link on that page will launch the Windows 'Save as...' dialog box. Select a folder (directory) on your computer to save the eBook in(e.g. My Documents). Once the eBook is downloaded, open the folder where you saved the eBook and double-click the icon to start reading. The download link will be valid for 14 days starting from the date of purchase. You might download it immediately or log in to your account at Ausight's purchase centre to download it later.
Note: Please do NOT interrupt the download process once it starts.
The total purchasing and downloading can be done by yourself at any time and in any place.
We make it our mission to provide you with a positive customer experience and we want you to be confident that you can order from us safely and securely. Our online payment by credit card is very secure as our payment gateway is from the leading International online payment solution provider - PayPal.
Wire Transfer
If you choose to pay by wire transfer, please transfer the payment to the below bank account and email your order details to accountant@ausight.com.au:

Note: Please include the Order Number in the Details of Payment or Transfer Note when you do the transfer. Otherwise, we may not be able to get know if a payment is from you or not.
Warning: If your bank does the transfer via an intermediate bank, please make an extra effort to instruct the intermediate bank to include Order Number. Otherwise, from the payment notice letter sent by our bank, we can see nothing useful to recognize which order is paid for than you may not be able to get your directories in time.
IBAN: European customers may need an IBAN . Ausight is an Australian company. We do not have an IBAN since only European company has IBAN. The above bank account details are sufficient for you to transfer the payment to us. Please talk to your bank for more instructions.
Western Union
You can pay for your importers directories through any Western Union location. Simply bring your cash payment in local currency (where applicable) to a participating Western Union® Agent location, and complete the send money form. Within minutes, you will receive a notification indicating your payment is completed. A small fee is charge for this service.

Note: When you make an eCheque payment using PayPal, the money will be received in about 7-9 working days. We'll email you download instructions and password when the eCheque payment has been deposited into our account.
