Anti-Fraud Policy
Recently we have had some fraud orders so we changed our password releasing practice: We will review all orders over AUD200.00 from new customers and if anything is in doubt, we will request customers to provide more details.
The additional checks may take 30 minutes or longer if telephone and email exchanges are necessary. We will endeavour to release the password as soon as possible.
